ADR - New Securities ADR Pilot Launches, Allowing Industry Arbitrator Removal.

November 2008 ADR Brief - The Program - allows parties in this new pilot program to remove industry arbitrators from panels. Program sign-ups have started flowing in immediately. But are baby steps really necessary? And doesn't this miss the real issue, arbitrator qualifications?
